Cumberland County Schools LogoCumberland County School Psychologists will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create safe, healthy, and supportive learning environments for all students that strengthen connections between home and school and enhance the mental health and educational competence of all children.

About Us:
The Cumberland County School Psychological Services program consist of 28 full and part-time school psychologists that have completed a 60-hour master’s degree program and one-year full time internship.  Some CCS School Psychologists have obtained additional licensure by the NC Psychology Board.  Many members of our staff are National Certified School Psychologist.

The  National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) site contains helpful information for parents and teachers concerning development stages, mental health issues, and strategies for academic success.
